TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Customer Survey Lucky Draw

Overview

Sol Distribution is running a draw for customers who complete the “Sol Distribution Customer Feedback Survey 2026” to win a $150AUD gift voucher.

All entries must complete the feedback forms by 12 June 2026. This promotion is run by Sustainable Business Energy Solutions t/a Sol Distribution (we, us, our).

Eligibility

For your entry to be eligible, you must be a legitimate customer with Sol Distribution and have purchased with us in the last 6 months (December 2025 – May 2026) and complete all mandatory fields in the survey. By completing the feedback form you'll get an entry for the draw. You can choose to remain anonymous, however, if you'd like to participate in the draw you’ll have to fill out the company name and email address.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once you’ve completed the survey, which qualifies as an entry to the draw.

The Draw

The draw will take place after the participation period ends, sometime between Monday 22 June 2026 and Friday 26 June 2026. Start time of the draw may vary and it is at our discretion.

The first valid eligible entry drawn will win the gift voucher.

We reserve the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. 

Privacy Policy

By entering this draw, you agree to participate in our marketing activities including using the customer’s name for marketing purposes such a social media or email announcements (if any).

The winner will be contacted directly at the end of the draw with the necessary details.

We reserve the right to: (a) ask you to provide proof of identity and/or proof of eligibility to claim a prize, (b) determine how the promotion is run, including the selection of a winner, and (c) disqualify any entrant who we believe has breached these terms and conditions. 

The Gift 

The winner of the lucky draw will receive a voucher from Prezzee valued at $150AUD* that can be used at any item within the valid voucher period. Only one voucher is available for the winner. The winner will be contacted to confirm delivery details (in this case, confirm the email address). The winner of this gift voucher accepts the terms and conditions when receiving this gift.

Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for a prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with after it has been handed out to the winner.
