IMPORTANT UPDATE: Our Sydney Warehouse is Moving on 10 Aug 2026

We are excited to announce the relocation of our Sydney warehouse from Horsley Park to a larger facility in Arndell Park, NSW. This move is an important step in supporting our continued growth and ensuring we can provide even greater service, efficiency, and support to our valued customers. Please see important dates, key information and new address below.

















Key Dates to Remember


📦Wednesday 5 August 2026: LAST DAY Horsley Park in operation

  • Last day for customer collections from the Horsley Park warehouse.
  • Last day for carrier collections
  • All outstanding orders and returns should be completed and collected.


🚫 Thursday 6 August - Friday 7 August 2026: Warehouse BLACKOUT Period

Our Sydney warehouse will be temporarily closed while stock is transferred to the new facility. During this period:

  • Customer collections will be unavailable
  • Deliveries from the Sydney warehouse will be paused
  • We encourage customers to plan orders ahead of time to avoid disruption. 


✅Monday 10 August 2026: Normal operations resume from our new Sydney warehouse in Arndell Park.













What do I need to do?


  • We kindly ask all customers and partners to update their records with our new warehouse address to ensure a smooth transition. 
  • We encourage customers to plan their orders before the blackout period to avoid any major delays.

**Please note the previous NSW warehouse will no longer be active as of Thursday 6 August 2026. All outstanding collections and new orders will be supplied from the NEW address.**
